This morning Station 16 along with Mutual Aid units were dispatched to Dawn Ave in Ephrata Boro for a dwelling fire

Deputy 16 arrived finding smoke pushing from all sides and a well advanced fire to the rear extending into the roof area. Squrt 16 arrived pulling multiple lines and did a quick knock down from the exterior while additional lines were heading interior from Squrt 16 amd Engine 15-1 to extinguish fire on the 2nd floor and attic area. Great job to all crews on a quick knock down of the fire. Thanks to Penryn Fire Company No. 1 for covering our station.
