November 6, 2024

This ban will take effect on November 5, 2024 and remain in place until December 4, 2024.

The burn ban restricts all open burning, including certain types of burning that would normally be permitted under the Township’s burning ordinance.

While the ban is initially set for 30 days, it may be lifted sooner if significant precipitation occurs before the end of the period. Conversely, the ban may be extended if dry conditions persist. Thank you for your cooperation.

This public notice can be found on Ephrata Township website.
