Plan and practice your escape from a fire

The quicker you and your family can exit a burning building the better. Always have two ways out of every room, stay low to the ground, exit the building and never go back in.

Once you are out, go to a pre-established meeting place so you can make sure everyone is out of the building and then call 911.
