Just after 6PM the volunteers of Lincoln were dispatched to a dumpster fire on Stoneycreek Court in Ephrata Township

Upon arrival crews found a dumpster fully involved in fire. The fire was extinguished and crews were made available after they repacked hose.

Squad 16, Squrt 16 and Traffic 16 responded to this call.

This incident serves as a reminder thay hazardous materials, batteries and other fire prone materials should not be placed into trash containers. If you are unsure whether something can be disposed of in your trash, check with your trash company.
