While no official burn ban has been instituted by Lancaster County or any of the municipalities that we serve, we ask that all residents do not open burn

Outside fires will spread rapidly in the current weather conditions. These fires can cause a lot of damage to open fields and often threaten nearby structures. These fires also take a lot of resources to bring under control.
