Yesterday Station 16 along with mutual aid were dispatched for a field fire along Lincoln Road in Ephrata Township

Approximately 3 acres burned. Cause is believed to be embers being carried by the wind from a control burn close by. Please be careful burning with dry conditions. Thanks to all mutual aid companies who assisted and Akron Fire for standing by in our station.
